Pet Camp, San Francisco’s premier dog and cat lodging facility, is looking for a dynamic animal lover to join our front desk team! You will be checking campers in and out, answering phones, making reservations, giving tours, selling services to our clients, and you will also be cleaning, feeding, and playing with cats.
You will spend some days at our main campground in the Bayview and other days at our cats-only facility, Cat Safari in Presidio Heights. We’re a small company, so you will be required to pitch in where ever we are short-handed.
You will be working when we’re busy, which includes weekends and holidays. Shifts are up to 8 hours long, and start as early as 6:45am, and end as late as 7:30 pm.
As a member of an award-winning pet lodging team, you should have exemplary customer service skills, including the ability to anticipate our client’s needs and meet/exceed their expectations. You should possess strong critical thinking skills and be able to practice good judgement in a variety of fast-paced situations. You should work seamlessly with co-workers and management alike, be able to follow directions carefully, and exude confidence in your actions and interactions with all of our customers. Remember, YOU are the face of Pet Camp, and should represent us with pride!
