As many of you know, on March 16th Mayor Breed ordered all non-essential businesses to close until April 7th and banned all non-essential gatherings. Pet Camp will remain open to care for the pets here at the time the order was announced as well as for those pets that require care so that their pet parents can provide essential services or take care of family members in need. If you are a pet parent in need of our services, please make a reservation in advance and when you arrive please simply ring the doorbell and a counselor will assist you at your car.
We will do our very best to comply with “social distancing” and some services, such as check-ins and answering the telephone might be delayed as we operate with lower number of counselors so that they may stay at home and create more distance at the front desk and lobby. This also means that some the things that you’ve grown to expect from Pet Camp, such as Camper Cameos and social media posts, may not happen until we return to full operations.
We very much appreciate your understanding and support during this most difficult time. We hope that you and your loved ones stay healthy and safe.
